Tour of Homes

Many of us nostalgically wish we could travel back through the years to a simpler, romantic and peaceful era. Here in Spring Green, nestled in the beautiful forested hills and valleys, that opportunity arrives yearly on the first week end of December. As chair person for our annual tour of homes, I constantly find delight, in “coming home for Christmas”. Each year we choose a variety of what I refer to as “Family Christmas Homes”. Here the spirit of the season shines through with splendid decorations, Christmas trees of every genre, unique and brilliant artistry that shows the “home is where the heart is”.

This year promises to lure you back again and enjoy our friends and neighbors vision of Christmas, the type we all remember from childhood. These families are gracious enough to open their lovely homes to the wonderful scenes we will observe, and see how they get ready for the holidays! Please hop aboard on Saturday December fifth, beginning at 10 am, and join our Christmas train of memories as it chugs back in time and fills our hearts with the joyful spirit of the season. As has been our tradition, you will be able to enjoy a delightful lunch at The Bank Restaurant & Wine Bar, featuring a fashion show by Judy Marcus of Nina’s Department Store! We urge you to join the tour of homes if you have never taken it, and for those of you who it has become an annual event, welcome aboard!
