    Taliesin Preservation of Spring Green, WI, is looking to hire a full-time Gift Shop Manager to manage the Gift Shop at the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center. ABOUT TALIESIN PRESERVATION As stewards of the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, our dual mission is to preserve the cultural, built, and natural environments that comprise the Taliesin property and conduct educational and cultural programs to better understand his architecture and ideas. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A GIFT SHOP MANAGER During the tour season, you manage the day-to-day gift shop operations, structuring the work to support the organization's mission. You ensure an exceptional guest experience and work with colleagues to create memorable experiences for all guests. During the off-season, you have an opportunity to focus on strategic development. Assess merchandise offerings and industry trends to keep the gift shop fresh and relevant. Build relationships with regional artisans to develop new local product offerings. In addition, work with colleagues to integrate the gift shop into other areas of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GIFT SHOP MANAGER 3 years of retail management experience Knowledge of inventory & POS systems Cash Control experience Strong communication skills An independent spirit Are you creative?
