      Founded in 2009, River Valley Area Community Gardens, (or RVACG), supports and provides opportunities to gardening activities within the River Valley School District by operating a community garden site on the corner of North Westmor Street and Locust Drive in Spring Green, Wisconsin. Garden plots available for RVSD residents for personal, non-commercial gardens living in Arena, Lone Rock, Plain, and Spring Green.

      *New and experienced gardeners are welcome. All ages welcome.
      *Plots available to any family or individual living in the River Valley School District for non-commercial gardening
      *Variety of plots available
      $40 / year per standard plot 400 sq ft (20 x 20)
      $25 / year per half-standard plot 200 sq ft (10 x 20)
      $15 / year per miniature 100 sq ft (10 x 10)
      *Reduced fees or scholarships for lower income households
      Water available on site.
      Tiller available for Gardener use all season
      Mentors available for new gardeners
      *Practice and teach organic farming principles.
      *Garden opens to gardeners after April 1.
