• Tai Chi for Seniors

Free introduction to Tai Chi for Seniors, hosted by the Spring Green Community Center located at 117 S. Washington St., will occur on Thursday, April 9, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Colleen Lewis, Licensed Acupuncturist, shares 35 years of experience in the Oriental healing arts. Tai Chi is a flowing movement-based practice popular around the world due to its positive benefits for balance, strength, improved immune and mental functions, and reduced pain. All curious seniors are invited to find out more about this ancient discipline. If there is enough interest, future classes will be offered at a nominal cost. Questions?
